By making an appointment, you agree to the following policies.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At Dr. Julia Milman’s Aesthetic medicine,  we value your time and ours. Our providers are often booked weeks in advance, and we maintain a waiting list to accommodate as many clients as possible. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us sufficient time to fill those gaps. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, which enables our team to continue providing the highest quality service to all clients while respecting the time of our team members.

1. Credit Card on File

  • To schedule an appointment, we require a credit card to be placed on file. This helps us uphold our commitment to serving all clients efficiently and fairly.


2. Appointment Reminders

  • As a courtesy, we will send a reminder text and email 72 hours prior to your appointment. This allows you sufficient time to make any necessary changes.
  • We kindly ask that you respond to confirm your appointment or indicate your wish to reschedule. If we do not receive a response, we will assume that you intend to keep your scheduled appointment. If you do not show up, the fees described below will be incurred.


3. Cancellation and No-Show Fees

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice to allow us to offer the time to another client.
  • Cancellation/No-Show Fees:
    • Injections with Dr. Milman or Becki RN:
      • Consultation $100
      • Botox/Dysport: $100
      • All other injections: $200
    • Other Services:
      • Appointments requiring 30 minutes or less: $50
      • Appointments requiring 31-60 minutes: $100
      • Appointments requiring 61 minutes or longer: $200
  • Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed without 48 hours’ notice will incur the fees listed above, charged to the card on file.
  • If you have prepaid for a package and violate the cancellation policy, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee prior to continuing with your treatment.
  • We understand that unexpected situations, illness, and other issues can arise. As we’re all human, we are happy to waive the cancellation fee one time per client.


4. Repeat Cancellations/No-Shows

  • If a client has canceled, rescheduled, or no-showed three times with less than 48 hours’ notice, the client will be required to prepay in full for future services at the time of booking.
  • This prepayment is nonrefundable if the cancellation policy is violated. However, if the appointment is rescheduled prior to 48 hours before the appointment time, the pre-paid amount will be credited toward future services at our office.


5. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if your lateness prevents us from delivering the full quality of care in the remaining time, we may need to reschedule and apply a late cancellation fee.


6. Deposit Policy

  • For your convenience, we offer online scheduling. Our system requires a deposit when you schedule treatments online, equal to our cancellation/no-show fees, and this deposit will be applied to your final balance at the time of service. If you cancel or reschedule outside of our policy guidelines, the deposit will be forfeited as per the cancellation/no-show policy above.
  • Please note: Deposits are only taken if you schedule online yourself, as this is simply how our system functions. If you call us to schedule, we will not charge the deposit but will take a credit card to place on file.


Thank you for respecting our providers’ time and our cancellation policy. This allows our team to continue providing the highest quality service for you and future clients and reflects the value we place on our team members’ time.

Refund Policy

  • Services: We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are variable from person to person, and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, results cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.
  • Retail Products: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
  • Gift Certificates: No refunds on gift certificate purchases.
