Supplements
I did this for myself first.
If you know me, you know I am not someone who likes taking pills. Ask anyone on my team and they’ll tell you that the idea of a handful of supplements every morning has never been my thing. But this past year, between navigating perimenopause, starting HRT, and attending LongevityFest, something shifted. I started paying attention to what the research was actually saying about mitochondrial health, about what our food is no longer giving us, about what happens to our bodies in our 40s if we do not get ahead of it. And I realized I needed to do something. So I went looking for a supplement line I could genuinely stand behind, one with the clinical evidence and manufacturing standards I would expect from any product I recommend to my patients. What I found was Orthomolecular. And the fact that even I, a self-proclaimed pill avoider, am taking these every day should tell you something. Thankfully they’re not all pills! These are the seven products I chose for myself, and now I am making them available to you.

Why Orthomolecular?
Because not all supplements are created equal.
The supplement industry is largely unregulated, and the difference between what is on the label and what is actually in the bottle can be significant. When I set out to find a supplement line for this practice, I had one non-negotiable: clinical-grade quality I could stand behind as a physician.
Orthomolecular Products is one of a small group of companies that meets that standard. Their formulas use the most bioavailable forms of each ingredient — the forms that clinical research actually supports, not cheaper substitutes. They manufacture in a cGMP-certified, NSF-certified facility, and their products are certified by Australia’s Therapeutic Goods Administration, widely considered the most rigorous supplement regulatory body in the world. Perhaps most importantly, Orthomolecular products are only available through licensed healthcare providers. You will not find them on Amazon or at a drugstore. That exclusivity exists for a reason: these are professional-grade formulas designed to be recommended, not just sold.
I did not choose a supplement line to add a product to our shelf. I chose one because I genuinely believe these seven products fill real gaps for my patients — and because the science behind each one is something I can explain and stand behind. That is the standard I hold everything in this practice to.
